Rates below are per night for the whole cottage (the dormitory is charged per person) and include all three meals, the farm walk, the bullock cart ride and the bonfire evening. Tariffs double on public-holiday weekends.

Two connected rooms with a shared verandah facing the paddy fields. Sleeps four comfortably with an extra mattress available. The larger of the two rooms has a low table and floor cushions for tea. Popular with families and small groups of friends.

Group Dormitory
₹700/night
A long tin-roofed hall at the back of the farm with bedding laid out on the floor. Built for school picnics, college trips and large family gatherings. Common bathrooms are a short walk away. We take the whole hall as one booking — a minimum of 10 people.

To confirm a booking we ask for a 30% advance; the balance is paid at the farm in cash or by UPI. Children below five stay free without an extra bed. Rates include the farm walk, the bullock cart ride and the bonfire evening — they do not include travel, cold drinks or any activity booked outside the farm.
